Hi, I’m Rachel—a wife, mom to five amazing kids in our blended and adoptive family, and a proud grandma to one sweet grandson. In over 40 years of life and almost 25 years in marriage, life in our home is full, loud, and beautifully messy, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
For over 25 years, I’ve been working as a physical therapist, nutrition coach, and life coach. But more than titles, my heart beats for walking alongside people as they discover the God-given ability and purpose planted deep within them. I truly believe that if you’re breathing, you have a reason—and I’m here to help you find it.
I’m passionate about people. I love traveling, laughing with friends, gathering with family, and loving on my community in any way I can. My husband and I even run a little diner in our small town, where I get to nourish both bellies and hearts.
Through the ups and downs of life, I’ve learned that our trials don’t break us—they build us. They sharpen and shape us into who we’re meant to be: warriors in the Lord’s army, carrying His light and love into the world. My mission is to live out the gifts God’s given me, and to help others do the same—whether that’s across the table, in a coaching session, or just sharing a smile in the grocery store.
